HIT TRAX LEAGUE RULES

• Team starts with “x” number of players must finish with that amount
• Helmets must be worn the entire time
• All metal bats/composite bats must meet USA, USSSA or BBCOR Standards
• Player conduct and safety will be top priority.  Swearing, questioning calls, throwing equipment will result in removal of HIT TRAX League.  NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
• NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
• Participating in the league you agree with the rules stated
• Teams 3-6 players

GAME PLAY

• Hit trax calls balls and strikes- A staff member of Home Plate can adjust if needed.  Players cannot argue balls or strikes.  Example Foul balls or obvious strikes not recorded by Hit Trax will be marked as strikes
• No bunting- this is a hitting league
• Again zero tolerance for questioning calls, foul language, taunting or throwing bats or helmets.  NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
• Home Plate Staff will determine home team by coin flip
• Players – do not touch the computer or any HIT TRAX Equipment
• Each game will last 6 innings or ½ hour
• Schedule for each game will post on Thursdays on www.justicebaseball.com
• The hit trax will be tracking player performance, including batting averages, homeruns, and other metrics
• In the event that a pitch or hit is not registered on Hit Trax, HOME PLATE STAFF member will make the decision on proper call.   We will not adjust an out for a hit or vice versa.

Therefore, I, the Undersigned, acknowledge, understand, and assume full responsibility for the risks of property damage, illness, injury, and death. I further acknowledge, understand, and assume full responsibility for the many other risks inherent with the Activities, such as bodily injury and other risks and social economic losses either unknown to me or not readily foreseeable, and assume full responsibility for all such risks and responsibility for any losses, costs or damages I incur as a result of my and/or my child’s participation in the Activities.

I, the Undersigned, on behalf of myself and my child, and any/all of our personal representatives, executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, do HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Justice Baseball LLC & Home Plate and ICE BASEBALL LLC, , its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, directors, officers, agents, employees, and staff (the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands and causes of action of any kind whatsoever for any damage, injury

illness, disability, loss, or death related to  (a) other risks described above, that I and/or my child may otherwise have or claim in connection with attendance at Justice Baseball  LLC, HOME PLATE and ICE BASEBALL Academy Activities, whether arising from negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

I, the Undersigned, on behalf of myself and my child, and any/all of our personal representatives, executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, do HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND REIMBURSE the Releasees and each Releasee from any expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney’s fees) that they may incur arising out of or related to my and/or my child’s use of or presence at Justice baseball, HOME PLATE AND ICE BASEBALL.  I acknowledge and expressly agree that this Agreement

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT, I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I HAVE SIGNED IT VOLUNTARILY, AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS, STATEMENTS, OR INDUCEMENTS APART FROM THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT BOTH ON MY OWN BEHALF AND ALSO ON BEHALF OF MY MINOR CHILD FOR WHOM I, AS THE MINOR’S PARENT AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, HAVE FULL AUTHORITY TO SIGN. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I AM GIVING UP VALUABLE LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE RIGHT TO RECOVER DAMAGES FROM Justice Baseball LLC, ICE BASEBALL and HOME PLATE  from all responsibilities OF MYSELF AND/OR CHILD.   I WILL NOT SUE FOR ANY REASON.  NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
