2026 fall, winter /2027 - spring /summer Justice Baseball LLC Player/Parent Agreement- SOFTBALL/BASEBALL

It is the purpose and intent of the Justice Baseball/Softball LLC - TRAVEL TEAM to create and offer quality learning and baseball playing opportunities. The following Player/Parent AGREEMENT is constructed as an instrument to emphasize those values, principles, and beliefs which are central to the foundation, structure, and operation of JUSTICE BASEBALL - TRAVEL TEAM. At all times, we agree to and support:

• Positive and exemplary sportsmanship, and appropriate demeanor by everyone. 
• Safety and well-being of players, coaches, umpires, and spectators. 
• First-class representation of players, parents/families, coaches, umpires, and spectators 
• I understand rosters will not be finalized until the conclusion of tryouts.  Team Snap rosters will update by winter practice
• I understand Roster could change by age group at any time based on skill level
• Always playing within the established rules of the game (e.g., age limits, etc.). 
• The understanding that participation with the Justice Baseball/Softball LLC - TRAVEL TEAM is a privilege and a player/family decision, completely voluntary, without any pressure or coercion...as such, dual/multiple participation questions or consequences (with other baseball teams, leagues, all-star post-season play, and/or organizations) are 100% family matters and family responsibilities. 
• Physical, mental, and spiritual preparation and fitness. 
• NO REFUND ANY REASON.   All payments are non-refundable
• Players can be removed from current team and organization for various reasons- disciplinary issues, performance concerns, parents- who continue argue w/umpires, coaches and other families.  Inability to make financial commitment.  Parents or Players unable to be team players or team sport- poor/toxic attitude- on social platforms including Team Snap
• If you make a team roster its a $375 commitment- w/in 24 hours.   NON-REFUNDABLE.   $375 commitment fee holds your player's spot.

  • 2026/2027 ICE BASEBALL/SOFTBALL PRICING

    • 8u-13 Baseball $1775 (8 payments of $221.88)
    • 14u-18u Baseball $1995 (8 payments of $249.38 
    • SOFTBALL $1600 (8 payments of $200)
      • payments are due on the 1st and 15th of each month starting 7/15
• Cost:  **SOFTBALL- $200- 8 payments -1st and 15th of each month-$1600 after commitment fee
• All payments are due on the 1st and 15th of each month.   Example:  you commit on 7/4/2026 your first payment would be 7/15/2026.  Second payment on 8/1/2026- you will follow the sequence of payments until you make your 8th payment
• Payment plans are available upon request.
• All payments are non-refundable
• I will pay my fees on time. $25 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED on any late payments. If you get behind in payments or unable to pay.  Uniform will be held- along with practice and game time.
• Organizational fees- Outdoor/Indoor facilities use for team practice, INDOOR TRAINING- November through March- , Team Practice, baseballs for practice, L screens, Hit Trax, hack attack machine, baseballs, softballs, t-work, speed and agility, paid coaches over winter. 
• Team Fees- Team Fees will pay for your tournaments, Coaches fees(spring and summer), umpires, league play, addtional equpipmen and team insurance.  THIS IS AN ADDITONAL COST.  Each team will fundraise to offset cost.   Budget will be provided by each coach.
• Organization buys your uniform.  2 hats, 2 pants, 2 jerseys, 
• I support and understand the difference between organizational fees and team fees
• Exit fee- $300 if you leave/quit the team prior to end of season- you will be charged $300.  You agree to pay $300 w/in 24 hours of deciding to quit the team.
• Winter Practice Gear- will be paid directly by you. one t-shirt, short, hat, hoodie -- helmet and bat bag are optional- Purchase by October 1st. 
• Social media- pictures of Team, Player on Facebook, twitter, etc. All social media platforms. You agree and acknowledge and give consent to post videos and pics
• We have cameras in our facilities -by participating you agree and understand the facilities are under 24-hour surveillance.
• Realization that all of our activities (instructional and competitive) are designed to enhance growth and development of all our players, families, and coaches. 
• Equal respect and value of every teammate regardless of size, experience, talent, or performance...no criticism or "looking down on" anyone in any manner at any time for any reason whatsoever. 
• Mutual respect, tolerance, understanding, and caring in all team matters. 
• Coaches' decisions (...whether we understand, like, or agree with them!)...and, no "coaching" from the stands. 
• Emphasis on team spirit, team unity, team effort, and team success. 
• Encouragement of everyone involved... players, coaches, parents, family members, et al. 
• The reality is that some players may have more plate appearances, playing time, positions/roles, and starting assignments, than other players. 
• Tactful, quiet, one-on-one discussions of any concerns, questions, or ideas with coaches Your player/family can and will be removed from program- for various reasons- nonpayment, arguing with coaches, families, staff, umpires etc.   Justice Baseball/Softball has a zero tolerance for poor/toxic behavior.   You will removed withe no refund and risk of other penalties and fines.
• Acknowledgement that each of us is responsible for our own thoughts, feelings, attitudes, decisions, and behaviors. 
• Giving 100% of our attention, commitment, and effort to our team, and therefore to our team goals. 
• Importance of leaving each other, each dugout, each ballpark, each tournament site, and each situation in better shape than we found them. 
• Outstanding player talent, effective/experienced coaching, and top competition. 
• Expectation is for all Players/Families to participate and support our organization Golf outing in fall(organization) and Spring(team)
• All families/players will fundraise to offset TEAM FEES or opt in to paying team fees vs. fund Rasing.  Each team/coach will create and drive a fundraising opportunity for families.  Team Fees are separate from organizational fees.  You fully understand and agree.
• The clear understanding that all medical, financial, and legal liability issues, activities, and consequences are the exclusive responsibility and domain of the player and/or his respective family, parent(s), and/or guardian(s)... at no time will the Justice Baseball/Softball LLC- TRAVEL TEAM nor any of its associated personnel (founder, manager, coaches, board of directors, et al.) be sued legally (individually, collectively, or organizationally) in any manner, for any expenses, damages (perceived or real, intentional or unintentional),losses, injuries, complaints/problems, complications, and/or inconveniences which may result from participation with the team activities and/or team initiatives. We agree to release and forever hold harmless said team and related personnel in all matters, legal, medical, personal, financial, and/or otherwise. No claims shall be made for any reason.

• BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY ICE BASEBALL/SOFTBALL EVENTS, YOU AGREEE TO CONTRACT.  REGARDLESS OF- IF YOU SIGN.  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE CONTRACT BY PARTCIPITAING. 
• Your player/family can and will be removed for various reason- poor attitude, nonpayment, not a team player, arguing with umpires, other families, other players, etc...
