COACHING AGREEMENT

Justice Baseball LLC Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement is entered into between Justice Baseball, LLC and you as head or assistant coach (hereinafter “Coach”) for _____________2026/2027________ season.

1. Term: The term of this Agreement shall begin on __September 1st, 2026, and shall continue until August 30th, 2027, or unless otherwise earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Services: Coach shall provide coaching services to the Team as agreed upon by both Justice Baseball, LLC and Coach. These services include, but are not limited to, planning and conducting practices, attending games, providing instruction to players, and other duties related to coaching a travel baseball team.
3. Responsibilities: Coach shall act in the best interest of the Team, abide by the rules and regulations of all tournaments in which the Team participates, and maintain a professional and positive attitude. Coach shall also communicate effectively with players, parents, and Team officials. Coach shall adhere to all obligations to Justice Baseball, LLC, and as provided under this Coaching Agreement.

• Coach will explain in detail during parent meetings the difference between organizational fees and team fees.  They will explain no refunds for any reason.  Any overage of fundraising, sponsorship and team fee money will be used towards a credit for next calendar year.  NO REFUNDS
• Coach will run a fundraising campaign to offset fees.   
• Coach will not use any social media platform to influence or create a negative culture of Justice Baseball, LLC.

4. Equipment: Coach agrees to return all equipment (baseballs, radio, l screen indoor and outdoor facilities) as you received through games and tournaments the Team participated in. You only return equipment that you received from Justice Baseball, LLC (baseballs, Tees, etc.).
5. Termination: Should the owner and/or owners of Justice Baseball, LLC terminate Coach at any time for any reason, a $1000.00 exit fee will be required. Imposition of any and all fee's following termination is at the sole discretion of Justice Baseball, LLC.  
6. Confidentiality: Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any and all sensitive information related to the Justice Baseball, LLC program, the Team, its players, or Justice Baseball, LLC’s operations. Any breach of said confidentiality may result in termination of coaching duties and further subject Coach to an exit fee. Imposition of any and all fees pertaining to a breach of confidentiality is at the sole discretion of Justice Baseball, LLC.
7. As a Coach if you quit, try to create a new team, recruit ICE Players for other teams, forfeit your obligations prior to August 30th, 2027, or act in a manner detrimental to the Team or Justice Baseball, LLC’s standards and/or program, you will be subject to a $1000 exit fee. Further, any promotions, discounts, etc. must be paid back in full within seven (7) days of resignation, termination, quitting or breach of this Coaching Agreement.  
8. Restrictive Covenant: In consideration of the training, proprietary coaching methodologies, player date, and specialized knowledge provided to Coach, and to protect Justice Baseball, LLC’s legitimate business interests, Coach agrees that during their tenure and for a period six (6) months immediately following termination of Coach’s relationship with Justice Baseball, LLC, for any reason, Coach will not:

Directly or indirectly own, manage, operate, control, coach for, or be employed by any youth baseball program, travel baseball team, or baseball instructional academy operating within a ten (10) mile radius of Justice Baseball, LLC’s primary training facility located at _15111 Northville Road Plymouth mi 48170________________.
10. Directly or indirectly induce or attempt to induce any player, parent, or family currently registered with or actively recruited by Justice Baseball, LLC to leave Justice Baseball, LLC, or to join any other baseball program, team or academy.
11. Directly or indirectly recruit, hire, or attempt to recruit/hire any coach, trainer, or staff member of Justice Baseball, LLC to work for a competing program.
12. If you are a paid Coach.  Payment will be issued by Oct 1st 2027

Coach agrees that the time and geographic restrictions listed above are reasonable and necessary to protect Justice Baseball, LLC’s investment in its staff, players, and specialized training curriculum.

Coach acknowledges that a breach of this clause may cause irreparable harm to Justice Baseball, LLC, for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Therefore, Justice Baseball, LLC shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief to prevent further breaches, in addition to any other legal remedies available. This is a NON- COMPETE CLAUSE.

8. The clear understanding that all medical, financial, and legal liability issues, activities, and consequences are the exclusive responsibility and domain of the Coach. At no time will the Justice Baseball. LLC, nor any of its associated personnel (founder, manager, coaches, board of directors, et al.) be sued legally (individually, collectively, or organizationally) in any manner, for any expenses, damages (perceived or real, intentional or unintentional), losses, injuries, complaints/problems, complications, and/or inconveniences which may result from participation with the team activities and/or team initiatives. Coach agrees to release and forever hold harmless Justice Baseball, LLC, said team and related personnel in all matters, legal, medical, personal, financial, and/or otherwise. No claims shall be made for any reason.  No claims shall be made for any reason.

Thank you for your services

This Coaching Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and Justice Baseball, LLC and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
