Eric Justice enters his first season with the Cardinals as an Assistant Coach. Coach Justice will help the Cardinals staff with recruiting and player development.

Coach Justice has been a Head Coach within the Michigan Blue Jays elite program for the past decade.  He has also served as the Head Coach at Dearborn Heights Fairlane High School and Assistant to Coach Dishman as  Baseball Operations at The Cage in Ypsilanti MI. Coach Justice has helped lead his programs to several USSSA, PASTIME and Perfect Game Championships and has helped dozens of players sign to play collegiately( Mississippi Sate, Arizona St Baseball, University of Michigan, Albion, HFCC, Kellogg, Concordia University, Union College KY, EMU,)

Justice is very excited to part of CUAA baseball program and is looking forward to recruiting talent, developing young men into future leaders and helping the #DiamondCards continue their winning ways.

Coach Justice was born and raised in Wayne Michigan and graduated from Detroit Catholic Central High School. Coach Justice played four years of collegiate baseball and two years of collegiate basketball at fellow NAIA and WHAC institution, Siena Height University. Justice earned All-Conference honors in baseball as a member of the Saints. Coach Justice also played for Team America in Germany and Amsterdam during his collegiate career. Justice graduated with a B.A. in Human Services/Psychology.

Coach Justice is currently a Senior Director for a major retail corporation and has been in the position for the past 20 years. He currently, leads a team of 250+ employees, 12 hourly managers and 5 salary leaders.

Coach Justice resides in South Lyon, MI. He has three children, Madison who attends Wayne State and Dancer for the Detroit Pistons, Reagan who is a Cross Country runner for Wayne State University, and Tyler who attending the University of Florida Full Sail pursuing a degree in Sports Broadcasting.
